Trelleborg’s Pit Stop Line enables forklift owners and operators to plan more easily and accurately than ever before for tyre replacement, eliminating unplanned downtime. The Pit Stop Line provides a visual indicator when a tyre needs replacing. Once a tyre has worn down to a point when there are about 100h of tyre life left, a bright orange line appears on its surface. The Pit Stop Line feature is available on the premium Trelleborg Elite XP and Trelleborg M² tyres. 

Trelleborg’s service operation, Interfit, offers a nationwide professional onsite replacement tyre fitting service. As part of its service excellence programme, Interfit manages tyre replacement using both mobile presses and an exchange wheel service. Interfit’s multi-brand offering means it can offer the right tyre to customers based on their exact requirements.

Trelleborg's new I-Rent solution is a web-based service that allows forklift truck dealers to include accurately calculated full cost of tyres in their lease contracts. 

The company says that, historically, only a small percentage of lease contracts have made provision for tyres – typically one set per year – due to the complexity of differing end user requirements. I-Rent provides an accurate monthly cost for tyres, meaning forklift dealers can offer their users a single source and invoice for parts and maintenance.
