Designed to European dimensions and produced in Europe, the HDB1208 BulkPak holds up to 900 kg and is a reliable substitute for metal bins. It stacks when full and folds when empty for return trips, allowing for more containers per truck when compared to noncollapsible steel tubs. The HDB1208 BulkPak offers logistics advantages, warehouse cost-savings and an environmentally friendly alternative to steel tubs, wood pallets and crates.

Its 1200mm x 800mm footprint makes this large foldable container suitable for sequencing parts, as well as rightsizing part shipments for line-side assembly and WIP operations. HDB BulkPak system was designed to better protect and transport parts in global automotive and industrial applications. The highly durable HDB1208 is structural-foam molded in high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and features a three-runner bottom with customizable panel configurations from zero up to four access doors.

Its all-plastic material is easy to clean and does not rust. Enhanced reparability features allow for easy on-site repair, if needed. The HDB1208 can be fully recycled at the end of its service life, making it an environmentally friendly packaging option.
