Soler & Palau recently provided
Rotorex fans for a Draper
Recirculation Unit to be installed into
a series of new poultry houses being
built by Nigel Joice, in Norfolk. The
poultry houses will raise chickens
from birth to six weeks, before the
flock is harvested.

Destratification and mixing-in of
the warm air from the top of the
building efficiently reduces the energy
required to maintain temperature and
heater usage is reduced by up to 50%.

The Rotorex fan was chosen for this
application because it can deliver the
high pressure requirement, with
proven reliability over time.
