is ATEX & IECEx certified for use
within Zone 1 IIC T4 hazardous
(explosive) areas. Unlike many
traditional laser measuring devices
that are either unsuitable for the
environment or need a hot work
permit, the unit is instantly useable.

Weighing less than 1kg, the
handheld LaserMETER 3000XP is
capable of measuring distances of
30m with a typical accuracy of 3mm.

It also has Pythagoras, volume and
area functions and is suitable for
single or continuous measurement
due to onboard mathematics.

The robust IP65 flameproof design
comprises a cast aluminium chassis
with a shock resistant, anti-static over
moulded body with an armoured lens
and LCD, which is backlit for day and
