up to 1m long by 120mm diameter
and weighing up to 30kg, the
MarScope available from Mahr UK
has a telecentric precision optical
system with high-resolution camera
that enables measurements to be
made quickly and without contact.

Lengths, intersections, run-out,
roundness, part axis, pitch, diameters,
radius, co-axiality, concentricity,
taper length, radius centre and
widths of recesses or chamfers can all
be measured. A zoom function
allows measurement of small details
such as bevels or small recesses.

Measuring value resolution is to
0.0001mm and angles to 0.0001°.

Repeatability is 1.5µm (length) and
1.0µm diameter on clean, polished
workpiece surfaces.
