The system removes beans, hulls and flaked materials conveying them to a filter separator via a rotary valve, and then discharges them into the waste product skip.

This enables operators to use hoses and tools for general heavy industrial vacuum cleaning. 

This is just one of a number of recent installations completed by BVC. Other include a UK power station handling coal, a recycling plant where cars are reduced to their original materials and a facility which produces gypsum.
