June, Kumi Solutions
challenged engineering
companies that degrease
and clean metal components
with a solvent based
cleaning system to bring
components to the event.

Kumi Solutions is reported
to have cleaned the parts
quickly and to a high standard using
the latest state-of-the-art Pero
machines at its Nuneaton showroom.

Am aerospace supplier carried out
extensive process trials on
the Pero R1. A solvent
degreaser with vacuum
drying, it efficiently cleaned
precision aircraft fixturing
production components
made from titanium and
nickel-based superalloys. It
provides floor-to-floor
times as low as 3min for
load, wash, rinse, vapour degrease,
vacuum drying and unload.
