bag discharger with access platform

mechanism where controlled
overhead release of material is
required for load pick-up direct into
drums, boxes, bags or bins.

Depending on plant needs,
variations on platform design enable
the Flexicon Combo Unit to facilitate
direct access beneath the bag
discharge spout allowing containers
to be collected by fork truck.

Alternatively the unit can become
part of an integrated handling system
where containers are fed beneath the
spout by shuttle conveyor.

The access platform allows an
operator to safely reach the point
where a bulk bag must be securely
attached to the
discharge spout
for effective
release of
material while
preventing
overflow or
spillage,
maximising full
discharge and
avoiding site
contamination.
