Cool Energy have introduced the next generation of heater technology; the
i-Temp oil and water Thermoregulators and tool heaters. Offering powerful
temperature regulation, direct cooling and modular design, the i-Temp range provides
any process reliable temperature management. The new i-Temp range offers more
cooling, more temperatures and has a better system controller for all units.
Whereas previous ranges ended with a 36kW as standard, the i-Temp range has
been expanded to 72kW as standard with an availability to reach 360kW; can
offer temperatures up to 200°C on water-based units (with 160°C and 200°C
ranges); and up to 350°C for heat transfer with oil-based equipment as standard
and available up to 400°C.

The C8 Basic and the C8 Advanced Controllers
can manage process temperature and ensure maximum productivity with no
downtime. The C8 Basic Controller is featured on all the i-Temp ‘e’ units. All
other units are available with the C8 Advanced Controller. These controllers
have been developed for the i-Temp range to provide clever and in-depth
analysis for managing temperatures, giving the end user exact process and
recipe quality control.
