Kimberly-Clark Professional has
signed an agreement to acquire Balder
d.o.o., a company based in Slovenia
and known for its work in developing
auto-darkening welding filters based
on electro optic LCD technology.

The company was created out of
the Josef Stefan Institute,
a scientific research
institute and these links
will be preserved.
