The company says refrigeration and service engineers can quickly and easily operate all BITZER IQ products from their PC using the BEST software.

In the almost 5min-long video, a narrator explains the tool and its key functions. The software provides users with a complete overview of the operating status, troubleshooting and maintenance of BITZER products. Engineers can use the software to quickly and safely set device parameters, analyse errors or download and save data logs.

The software supports VARISPEED reciprocating compressors, CSV compact screw compressors, ECOSTAR condensing units LHV5E and LHV7E, as well as the protection, monitoring and control devices SE-i1 and CM-RC-01.
