The new grade builds upon the success of grade GC1130 but has a wider application coverage due to increased toughness and wear resistance capabilities at even higher cutting data. The edge line security of GC1230 stands out but heat resistance, crater and wear resistance, and tool life in both P1 and P2 material are also far superior to its predecessor.
