Linx Printing Technologies
has supplied its Linx 7300
Continuous Ink Jet printer to
contract packer MPF Group
for the coding and marking
of consumer items ranging
from foods to wet wipes.

The Linx 7300 is said to
offer low running costs,
reduced production
downtime, error-free coding
and future-proof features.

MPF likes the unit’s ability
to change codes quickly
between different products
and customers

to the system so that job
selection can be achieved
within seconds, and new
details can be added via
integral USB port for
guaranteed accuracy,”

The coder’s apertures for
ink and solvent bottles are
different shapes to prevent
incorrect loading, and it is
easily able to accommodate
the average 20-25 packs per
minute.Most of MPF’s coding
is three lines, so the company
was happy that this comes as
standard, with optional 4 and
5-line printing available
should this become necessary.
