Static Solutions’ DC ionising gun
systems are offered as a complete
package and can be up and running
within minutes. They comprise a DC
ionising gun, made in lightweight,
high impact plastic and a single
power pack designed for permanent
installation, although it can be used
as a portable unit. By simply
connecting the power source and
attaching to a compressed air system,
the system provides on-line dirt and
dust removal, as well as neutralising
static. Units can be supplied with 2.5
or 5m or up to 12m leads. For ease
of maintenance, both guns and
nozzles can be replaced easily.

Intrinsically safe solutions are
available for use in hazardous areas.
