Pilz Automation Technology has
updated its range of machinery
safety courses to reflect changes in
legislation. There is also a new
booklet and course
schedule for 2012.

With the
withdrawal of EN
954-1 at the end
of 2011, extra
dates have been
added to meet
demand for the
course ‘Safety Design incorporating
EN ISO 13849-1/EN 62061’. The one,
two and four day City & Guilds
Machinery Safety Courses,
accredited by the National Skills
Academy for Materials, Production
and Supply, will also be held more
frequently. Other machinery safety
courses and product-related training
courses are available.
