Surtech’s Isojet electrochemical weld
cleaner uses 55/80A AC current and
selected chemicals via a wand to
produce heat and an instantaneous
chemical reaction to remove all
discolouration, leaving even highly
polished stainless steel flawless. This
electrochemical method leaves the
existing finish untouched.

Simply connect the ground and
wand to the unit. Clamp the ground
to the metal to be cleaned. Dip the
glass fibre covered wand into the
chemical solution.Move the wand
along the weld and watch all
discolouration disappear instantly.
