TRIM OG223 heavy duty metalworking
oil from MasterChemical is
reported to grind titanium as well as,
or even better than, heavily
chlorinated grinding oils. This is
especially relevant to manufacturers
of aerospace fixings. The use of
chlorinated oil with active sulphur
additives is not an option in this
sector as it can compromise the life
of the part.

Formulated as a medium to heavyduty
grinding oil, TRIM OG223 is
suitable for grinding hardened steel
alloys, stainless steels and inconels, as
well as titanium. It can also be used to
machine all materials, including
yellow metals, in high pressure
applications.
