New from ESAB Cutting Systems is
the Combirex DX Shape Cutting
Machine for plasma and oxy-fuel
cutting. Based on ESAB’s new global
platform for cutting machines, it is
built from off-the-shelf pre-assembled
modules. Resulting in reduced assembly
times, this also means customers
can order customised machines,
within a fixed number of configurations,
for delivery in short lead times.

A sturdy gantry unit with a rigid
beam design based on ESAB’s larger
gantry machines, the Combirex DX
features the same precision linear rail
and precision rack and pinion drives
as the larger models, ensuring
performance and reliability for small
to medium fabricators and
manufacturers. The gantry can be
equipped with up to four cutting
stations including one plasma station.
