The training records featured in Agility allows employees’ skills, qualifications and certificates to be monitored, maintained and fully managed. 

Expiry and renewal dates on certificates can be monitored using Agility’s red/amber/green reference guide. Corresponding courses can be booked to allow their renewal, with Agility allowing both external and internal course providers to be managed simultaneously. 

Qualifications can now also be classified as mandatory, and Agility contains a notification within the scheduling feature to prevent unqualified and uncertified employees being allocated to work on designated equipment, thereby helping towards health and safety compliance.
