The eTactica Smart Energy Monitoring Software System, for example, is based around the ability to monitor use and load directly from any miniature circuit breaker (MCB – RCBO) within any given power distribution panels – boards for either single and/or three phase supply.

This means a rapid deployment can be made in existing panels / boards using standard communication methods (Ethernet, WiFi, RS485 ModBus RTU) to establish a facilities consumption baseline.

In addition, the solution is able to take third party data from other devices (Split Core Current Transducers – Meters) and can export and import information to other platforms such as BMS – EMS systems (Trend, SCARDA, Tridium, etc) / billing platforms (OBix as an example).

The Smart Energy Monitoring System (SEMS) solution is designed to take up the minimal amount of space and deliver accurate and verifiable (via MID Meter) energy consumption, costs and Co2 per circuit.
 
The end result allows for the SEMS data that has been collected to then be benchmarked, monitored and reported to provide the necessary auditable and verifiable data to demonstrate that energy is being used as efficiently as is possible.
