Flextraction has introduced a low
cost, multi-compartment filter bag
with a folded construction labyrinth,
designed to fit into existing laser and
solder fume extractors used on laser,
solder and other industrial fume and
dust extraction applications.

The bag has increased filtration
surface area, F8 classification to BS
EN779:2002, and a 75% reduction in
stitched seam length. This is said to
reduce the cost of manufacture and
the potential for leakage through the
seams. An inlet non-return device
prevents dust escaping during
removal.
