Business solutions provider, Access
Group, has acquired warehouse
management specialist, Delta
Software. The acquisition is Access’
fifth since a £50m management
buyout, backed by Lyceum Capital in
March last year, and is part of its
strategy to invest in, and expand its
software portfolio to provide a
complete suite of integrated business
management
solutions focussing
on key verticals.

The acquisition aims to bring
