Storage equipment manufacturer,
Constructor Group, has unveiled its
new distribution hub in Swindon.

Capable of stocking over 1000 lines of
varying stock items, valued at about
£5.5m, the new hub will be operated
by a combined warehouse and
logistics team of 12 personnel. It also
provides an assembly facility for the
in-house construction of shelving end
frames. The new hub follows the
amalgamation of the Dexion,HiLo
and PSS businesses, which has
provided Constructor Group with
extensive in-depth knowledge and
expertise of the storage industry.

Fitted out with Dexion’s P90 silver
I-Tox beams, Premierack and
Cantilever racking and operated using
a fleet of six forklift trucks including a
CombiLift, reach trucks and
counterbalance trucks, the facility also
includes a state-of-the-art WMS.
