Precision cold forming specialist,
Dawson Shanahan, is continuing to
expand its UK engineering facilities
with the installation of a new
Mazak CNC machining centre and
high volume degreasing system for
component preparation, handling and
finishing. The Mazak unit is designed
to ensure exceptionally high levels of
precision and repeatability.

The new machine systems are part
of an ongoing programme of
investment and expansion, which
underpins Dawson Shanahan’s long
term goal to grow organically by at
least 15% year on year. Key to this
growth is the company’s export
business to Europe, North America
and the Far East, which currently
accounts for around 85% of orders.
