Operator Asset Care – the key to asset
care excellence will be the topic of a
presentation by MCP’s Roy Davis on
7th March at MAINTEC 2013. He
will describe the preparation,
development and implementation
approach to Operator Asset Care, as
part of the journey to world class
asset management and maintenance.

Asset care excellence, Davis says,
can only be achieved through the
engagement and participation of
operations personnel in the care and
improvement of their assets. He will
discuss the approach to OAC that is
needed for successful implementation
and, using case studies from companies
in different sectors, he will outline a
variety of approaches and outcomes.
