Hayward Tyler Services (HTS), part
of the Hayward Tyler Group, has
completed a contract to overhaul
three Hayward Tyler wet wound
boiler circulation pumps for NV
Elektriciteits-Produktiemaatschappil
Zuid at its solid fuel fired power
plant in The Netherlands.Work had
to be completed on a turnkey basis
in just 5 weeks.

The project involved the removal,
overhaul and re-installation of three
BCPs (Model 2 x 10 x 14 x 17, 280kW,
660V, 218 Bar) in joint collaboration
with EPZ’s on site maintenance team.

The project was delivered ahead
of schedule and HTS increased the
time between maintenance to 4
years, therefore reducing the overall
operating costs of the plant.
