Danlers is now offering PCB assembly
for other manufacturers. Its contract
electronics manufacturing division is
equipped for surface mount or
through hole electronics
manufacture and can produce
anything from prototypes to volume
production.

The surface mount equipment
uses paste application methods that
do not require screens, and includes
a pick and place machine capable of
placing up to 34,000 components/h
and a vapour phase reflow system to
comply with quality requirements.
