Contact Attachments has
designed and manufactured a
range of wheelie bin handlers
that enable clients to pick up and
empty bins using a forklift.

Jason Cadman, technical sales
consultant, said: “Many companies in
a variety of sectors use wheelie bins
to store waste, but manually lifting,
handling, and emptying the bins can
prove both problematic and unsafe.

We developed the wheelie bin
handlers to make sure our clients can
dispose of waste safely and quickly,
as they are simply attached to the
forklift.”
The firm offers a small bin handler,
plus two attachments for larger bins –
none of the attachments require any
hydraulics or electrical fitting to a
forklift. The small wheelie bin tipper
is suitable for bins with a capacity of
90-240L, while the larger bin handlers
are designed for wheelie bins that
hold between 660 and 1100L and are
appropriate for either sprung lid or
flat lid containers.
