xiros plastic ball bearings
from igus are dry running,
single row, deep grooved
ball bearings made to DIN
625 standard dimensions.

A xiros ball bearing
consists of four components;
the outer race, inner race, cage
and balls. The first two components
and the cage are made of specially
formulated tribological plastics with
chemical and temperature resistance
that maximise service life and
minimise the coefficient of friction.

The balls can be stainless steel, glass
or plastic, providing the opportunity
to choose a solution based on weight,
load capacity, noise
reduction, etc.
