Under a partnership agreement with
Flir Systems,Micro-Epsilon UK will
offer a range of low cost, handheld
thermal imaging cameras that
complement its non-contact
temperature measurement products.

Micro-Epsilon’s thermoIMAGER i
series comprises three models – i5,
i40 and i50. Starting at £1995, the i5
is a compact multi-purpose camera
that requires little
training and
provides
engineers
with a low
cost ‘pointshoot-
detect’
camera. It is
accurate enough
to measure
temperatures to
250°C and can
detect temperature
differences as small as
0.10°C. It weighs just
340g and has a length
of 22cm.

The i40 and i50 are higher
resolution cameras with
additional functionality.
