The company is forecasting a £30m turnover this year, a 30% increase on the £23m achieved in 2013. The growth drive is being led by new MD, Mark Hodgens.

Talis UK is making a large investment in its workforce, with changes to the senior management team and the appointment of a new operations director and sales director. The company has also secured significant contracts in Ireland. To cope with the expected growth, Talis UK has appointed 45 new fulltime employees. 

The main distribution centre and manufacturing facility is based in Bridgend; recent growth plans also include an office move for its Birmingham team. This will help to provide efficient and cost effective service to customers from water companies, as well as water authorities, contractors, wholesalers and distributors in the plumbing and construction industries.
