Easy to install, units fit easily through a 900mm doorway. They can be positioned with a pallet truck and connected to the air system and electrical supply (all units are fully tested before dispatch). There is no need for floor fixing due to vibration-free operation.

A digital control panel constantly monitors: Air pressure, oil temperature, motor temperature, condition of filters, and hours run. It indicates when maintenance is due, indicates excessive temperature prior to shut-down, and controls on demand mode of operation – continuous or automatic.

Removable side panels allow easy access for maintenance, and units feature simple screw-on oil cartridge and oil separator filters

Noise levels are low, removing the need for a separate enclosure.

Features include:

•  Large oil separator tank that ensures minimal oil carry over (typically as low as 3mg/m3)

•  Minimum pressure valve ensures correct oil pressure and lubrication

•  Thermostatic valve controls oil temperature and prevents condensation developing inside the oil separator tank

•  Suction valve adjusts compressor output

•  Over sized suction filter ensures maximum air intake filtration, thereby reducing maintenance and extending oil and compressor life.
