Beating competition from
hundreds of UK companies,
Elfab will feature in the
Government’s Make it in Great
Britain exhibition at the Science
Museum, London, during the
Olympic and Paralympic Games.The
company will showcase its products
and educate visitors about the value
of manufacturing to UK business.

The exhibition is the culmination
of the Make it in Great Britain
campaign – an initiative launched
last year by the Department for
Business, Innovation and Skills
which aims to challenge outdated
opinions and transform the image of
modern manufacturing.
Elfab manufactures rupture discs,
bursting panels and associated
detection devices. These intelligent
pressure relief systems protect
people, plant and equipment across
the globe. The company also delivers
design, testing and consultancy
services for pressure management.

Elfab’s customers are mainly in the
chemical, pharmaceutical, oil and
gas, and food processing industries.

Business Minister Mark Prisk said:
“We have selected a really exciting
mix of exhibits, and hope that as
many people as possible visit the
exhibition and see the great examples
of British design and manufacturing.”
