supplied its Linx 7300
Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ)
printer to contract packer
MPF Group for the
coding and marking of a
variety of consumer items
ranging from foods to wet wipes.

The Linx 7300 can change codes
quickly between different products
and customers. “Templates can be
saved to the system so that job
selection can be achieved within
seconds, and new details can be
added via integral USB port for
guaranteed accuracy,” explains Ian
Wright, MPF’s managing
director.

Another feature is the
design of the coder’s
apertures for ink and solvent
bottles which are different
shapes to prevent the risk of
incorrect loading.

With the majority of MPF’s
operation done manually, the Linx
7300 can accommodate the average
20-25 packs per minute.
