300 cartons per minute, the new
Matrix side-feed collating and shrink
wrapping machine from Linkx
Systems is suitable for use in
demanding high volume production
environments.

The high capacity of the machine
means that, in many applications,
just one Matrix machine is needed to
handle work that would require two
machines of some conventional
designs. A colour touch-screen
operator interface is provided which
not only gives instant access to real
time and historical production
information, but makes switching
between pre-programmed products
as easy as touching the screen.

The operator interface allows users
to access the machine’s diagnostic
system and, as a further aid to rapid
commissioning and fault finding, it
stores full copies of operator manuals
and other machine documentation.
