Two Sika projects were shortlisted – AllHallows MSCP in Bedford and The Merrion Centre Car Park in Leeds. Makers Construction in partnership with Bedford Borough Council took home the prize for the renovation of AllHallows MSCP.
 
Part of a regeneration project to improve Bedford bus station and a gateway to the town centre, the multi-million refurbishment of Allhallows multi-storey car park saw Sika as a single source supply for concrete repairs, corrosion management and both deck and soffit coatings.
