Atlas Copco’s European OriginAir
center has been officially opened in
Belgium. The aim is to provide a
single, centralised competence centre
in Europe for the refurbishment of
air compressors, dryers and boosters.

The centre provides all repair
facilities to bring machines back to
their original condition and can add
product options to adapt the
machine to the needs of the
customer. Specialised technicians
make sure machines are inspected,
maintained, repaired and tested
according to the same standards as
new machines. The workshop area
can refurbish 20 units/month, while
the testing facility can test up to
three machines simultaneously. Each
machine is inspected on more than
50 points and all data is recorded.
