A challenge by Playmobil, to one of
Telsonic’s tooling subsidiaries, proved
to be somewhat of a monster task –
ultrasonically welding a
range of Dinosaur toys.

Each toy must be
finished to a very high
standard and individual
items that make up the
completed part must be
securely joined.

Telsonics’ applications knowledge,
tooling design and manufacturing
capability provided a solution which
encompassed a suite of tools for each
of the dinosaurs in the range.

Telsonic’s tool design and
manufacturing division, allowed
simultaneous production and
development of multiple sets of
tooling to proceed, with the
confidence that they would
satisfy the quality and security of
assembly required.
