Rizistal Roof Repair Mortar is a carefully formulated compound containing a blended mixture of bitumen, solvents, mineral fibres and non-drying oils to produce a thick, yet easily applied compound.

The Mortar can be applied by pointing trowel, steel float or spatula. The Mortar is used for general roof waterproofing and sealing repairs such as sealing cracks, holes and joints either as a finish or before the application of other sealants, coatings and membranes.

Substrate applications: Concrete, Roofing felt, Asphalt, Lead, Zinc, Corrugated asbestos-cement, Steel, Masonry, Rendering, Bed Slates & Tiles.

Non-slumping compound: Yields an effective and water-tight seal across a large range of construction materials. Excellent adhesion and easy to apply. Effective tile roof repairs: The Mortar can also been used to bed slates and tiles.

Rizistal Roof Repair mortar has a variety of uses such as a sealant for gutters, spouts, down-pipes, around skylights and pre-cast concrete units.
