Watco Roofite is a thick and flexible
coating designed to bridge small
holes, cracks and splits in roofs.

Made of a special blend of bitumen/
rubber compound, it is fibre
reinforced for long lasting repairs,
extending the life of the roof and
preventing unforeseen re-roofing.

Watco Roofite can be used on
most surfaces, including corrugated
iron, concrete, tiled and felted roofs.

Easy-to-apply with a 5in brush, even
in the rain, it is suitable for full
refurbishments as well as emergency
leak repairs. Where there is a need to
reduce heat build-up, a solar
reflective version is also available.

This offers the same benefits as the
original Roofite but aluminium
flakes have been added for extra
solar reflective properties.
