Panasonic Electric Works offers a
range of SUNX Safety Sensing
products designed to meet the
current SIL and PL safety
requirements. The range includes
single beam safety sensors, safety
light curtains and scanners.

Both SIL Level 3 (PLe) and SIL
Level 2 (PLd) safety solutions are
provided for by the SF4B, SF4C and
SF2B Series of safety light curtains
with some series offering finger,
hand and arm/foot protection.

The ST4 series type 4 safety beam
sensor enables safety sensing where a
standard safety light curtain cannot
be installed, while the SD3-A1 Safety
Laser Scanner uses a class 1 laser to
monitor an area within a 190° radius
up to 15m in depth.
