S+S Separation and Sorting
Technology, parent company of S+S
Inspection of Fareham, has secured
future growth and management
progression with the sale of a
majority shareholding to Munich
based VTC Partners. The original
shareholders bought the company
out from the Hoesch-Krupp Group
18 years ago and have sold 70% of
the shares to VTC.
Karl Eibl and Helmuth Frisch, two
of the original shareholders, will
continue as executive managers to
further develop the company.
For S+S, the integration into the
new group not only forms the basis
for corporate progression but
provides the investment to further
develop in the global markets served
by S+S and its products.
