Customer service ‘heroes’ at BSS
Industrial are being given credit in
the distributor’s very own ‘Hall of
Fame’. Anne Webster, internal sales at
BSS Kings Cross, has been the first
inductee after she was identified as
consistently going above and beyond
the call of duty to provide
outstanding levels of service.

On one occasion Anne came to
the rescue of a customer who needed
her expertise to get the right product
on site within a short deadline.

Building services provider JS Wright
was having trouble sourcing valves
for a London based contract due to a
distributor being unable to supply
on time.With Anne on the job they
had the right products on site within
24 hours.
