The company, which installs solar PV systems throughout the UK, was picked to present at a Renewable Energy Association seminar in London after Siemens identified the company as an industry leader in installing commercial solar panel systems providing financial solutions through Siemens’ Energy Efficiency Financing Scheme.

As recognised partners Solarlec offers funding from the £550m Siemens EEF scheme helping businesses make savings on their electricity bills and receive subsidies from the Government FiT scheme.

Solarlec director Ged Rowbottom said: “Our figures illustrate the clear benefit of being able to offer customers an alternative financing solution such as the Energy Efficiency Scheme. Since becoming a recognised supplier, we have increased our business with commercial clients by 20%.”
