Arpac Europe’s first
installation for a major
printing company consists of
the company’s 75GI shrink
wrapper, EL tray packer,
robotic palletiser and
conveyor system integrated
with several of the customer’s
existing machines.
The system will be automatically
packing
books into trays
and shrink
wrapping books,
which proved to
be especially
challenging for Arpac
when designing the system.

However, the Arpac 75GI
high speed shrink bundling
machine has proved effective
at maintaining the shape of a
stack of books and the EL
tray packer loads the books
without damaging them in
any way.
