The Secretary of State for International Trade will set out his vision for industry post-Brexit and speak about the work Government is undertaking to secure alternative trade deals for the UK in the coming years.

During his presentation at this year’s conference 'Global Britain: Change, Opportunity, Growth', he will take questions from EEF delegates on what British manufacturing and engineering need from Brexit, and drill down into Government’s solutions to trade mechanisms and other issues.

The flagship annual event – sponsored by asset finance provider, Lombard, brings together politicians, senior industrialists and manufacturing leaders.

Other speakers include Jeremy Corbyn, Labour Party leader, Martin Wolf CBE, chief economics commentator at The Financial Times, and Greg Clark, Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
