All-electric tube bending machine
specialist Unison will be
demonstrating its innovative lasercontrolled
spring-back correction
system at MACH 2012. Now
available as a build-to-order option
on any of the company’s bending
machines for tubes from 50 mm
diameter upwards, the system will be
shown on a 76 mm model to
highlight its benefits for
manufacturers producing relatively
large diameter tubular parts.

Unison will also be highlighting its
new quick-release tooling and
barcode identification system, which
enables machine operators to handle
complete tool changeovers within 2
to 5 minutes, with full verification of
