When more efficient
equipment was needed to
keep up with demand at
Fivemiletown Creamery,
Angus McDermott,
workshop manager, turned to
Moody Systems.

The creamery purchased
two steam pans – in August
2011, and in March 2012.

These are offered as standard
on a sale or return option.

On both occasions,
McDermott was impressed
by how Moody Systems hit
the ground running: “What
impressed me was how
helpful they were. Drawings
and even a video showing
how the agitator worked,
were sent to us and it was
clear that they had the exact
solution for us.

“As a result of this
installation, production has
increased tremendously.”
