The 06RP applies one horizontal strap to each pallet of roofing felt.  A shrink hood is then applied to the pallet before the 875 applies two vertical strap to provide further securement.  

The OMS 06RP features a rack and pinion system which eliminates costs involved with chains and poly belts.  Rear alignment bars ensure accurate strap placement and the strapping head can be moved horizontally to meet the pack in order to apply greater tension where necessary.   

The OMS 875 side seal strapping machine incorporates a sword to penetrate the pallet void. A specially designed blade ensures the shrink film is successfully pierced.

Both machines feature an OMS TR14 head which only requires a full service every 200,000 cycles.
