single-source packaging solutions
specialist FDL Packaging Group, has
entered into a strategic partnership
with PK Marine, a provider of freight
forwarding services.

The alliance will enable customers
to enjoy a seamless service, in which
case manufacturing, export packing
and freight forwarding will go hand-
in-hand. Cases For Industry
customers will have access to an ISO
9001-accredited import and export
handling operation.

PK Marine handles all types and
weights of cargo. Its Merseyside site
has 7000m2 of covered storage space
with overhead cranes, internal lifting
capacity of 48t and 12m headroom
for large items, 4 acres of outside
storage space and container handling
capabilities for offloading 20 and
40ft containers and flat racks to 48t.

Cases for Industry offers wooden
packaging cases, pallets and seagoing
containers.Materials are sourced
from sustainable environments. All
products are made on-site and a
bespoke design service is offered.
